Domestic Shipping (India)
  • We offer delivery across India with free shipping on orders above ₹50,000.
  • Orders below ₹5,0000 carry a  shipping fee as actual payable by buyer
  • Processing time: 2–3 business Week 
  • Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 2-3 business Week
    • Non‑Metro & Remote Areas: 3-4 business Week
  • You will receive email/SMS updates including order confirmation and tracking details once shipped.
  • For delivery issues, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Please provide a complete and accurate address to avoid delays.
  • If you receive a damaged/defective item, inform us within 24 hours.
  • Domestic partners include Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, SafeXpress, and others.
International Shipping
  • We ship internationally. International shipping charges depend on Incoterms such as FOB, CIF, etc.
  • Standard policy:

  • Processing time: 4-5 Week (longer for customization or peak season).
  • Delivery Time: 15–25 business days, subject to carrier delays or holidays.
  • Tracking details will be provided via email/SMS after dispatch.
  • For delivery issues, contact us within 15–25 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Provide accurate address details to avoid failed or delayed delivery.
  • Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are borne by the customer.
  • International partners include Aramex, DTDC, UPS, FedEx, and others.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 48 business hours via the original payment method.
