Return Policy 


1. No Returns or Exchanges:

Once you buy something, you cannot return or exchange it. All sales are final.

2. Manufacturing Defects:  If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, you must email mncarpet@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving it.They will replace the defective item with the same product.

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
     Refunds are not provided for any purchases.
     Only in special cases, if we approve a refund,       you will get the money back in 4–7 working         days to your original payment method.
 
2. Return Shipping Costs
     If you need to send an item back (for                   replacement), you must pay the shipping cost.
    These costs will be repaid to you within 10          days after the replacement is completed,              through your preferred payment method.
